Return & Exchange Policy (New Zealand)

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, as long as:
  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

2. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order with:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo (if the item is defective or incorrect)
  • We will provide the return address and instructions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Opened items with hygiene concerns (e.g. towels, cosmetics)

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Exchanges are shipped after the returned item is inspected.

Shipping Policy (New Zealand Domestic)

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Customized or pre-order items may take longer. Please refer to product details.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Note: Rural addresses may take longer. 

3. Shipping Rates

  • North Island: $7.00 NZD
  • South Island: $9.00 NZD 

4. Pick-Up & Local Delivery

  • Local pick-up in Silverdale/Auckland available by arrangement (please contact us).
  • Same-day delivery available for selected areas (conditions apply).

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and your local courier ASAP.
