1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, as long as:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided.
2. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns.
3. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- A photo (if the item is defective or incorrect)
- We will provide the return address and instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized/custom-made products
- Opened items with hygiene concerns (e.g. towels, cosmetics)
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Exchanges are shipped after the returned item is inspected.
